Reason #2, Some, like me, live alone in isolated lives & live in remote rural areas, aka, out in the country. Because of these, and other conditions, we don't bath every single day, but do so when we're in the mood, or when we take a notion. A 3rd reason is that some of us are disabled, old, injured, or all 3.

Personally I used to hate bathing because I hated having water/soap in my eyes and mouth and I vaguely recall finding showering scary, although I can’t remember why. At some point I fully mastered keeping my eyes and mouth closed while my Mom shampooed away, and I like it okay after that.

Other than that, I would think that those that have physical or mental limitation would take a bath. I don't like baths because I water seems to get too cold too soon, and it's just not worth it. If I had a whirlpool, that would be a different story. I don't think it's wrong for a guy to take a bath, it's just weird.
