What is a full bath? A full bathroom is made up of four parts: a sink, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. Anything less than that, and you can’t officially consider it a full bath.

What is a full bathroom? A full bathroom is a bathroom that contains exactly 1 sink, 1 bathtub, 1 shower and 1 toilet. Of course you can have more than just 1 of each of these items in your bathroom, but for it to be called a full bath, it must contain at least 1 of each of these items.

From BPO Standards Guidelines: A full bathroom includes a toilet a sink a bathtub or shower. In general a combination bath and shower counts as two fixtures. If the bathroom has only three fixtures it is a 3/4 bath in general 3/4 bath is counted as a full bath local standards apply.
